CHOCOLATE BROWNIE - PUMPKIN with whatever was there! ππ« It's time for some sweetness to start this short week ππ₯π§ββοΈ
The quintessential vegan BROWNIE from my house π‘ is without a doubt the best I've ever tried πππΌ that saved my life when I couldn't eat almost anything with Baltazar's food allergy.
Sometimes I make changes and use mashed banana or applesauce instead of pumpkin.
It depends on what's there obviously.
This recipe is a surefire option and is perfect for those who are short on time but have a big desire to eat sweets.
Recipe>>>
2 cups of cooked and ground pumpkin
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup olive oil (I used my orange spiced one from @olaveoliveoils )
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used bitter)
~~~~~~~~
Process the pumpkin together with the oil and essence.
In a bowl, mix this paste with the dry ingredients and stir well, integrating all the ingredients.
Add nuts and seeds to taste.
Place in a previously greased dish and bake at medium temperature for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the oven.
When you insert a stick, it should come out clean, without any stickiness.
Try it! ππ«π§ββοΈ
