The best thing for me? The ingredients are classics found in almost every home or easy to find at any grocery store, supermarket, or fair.

You can't ask for more with such noble ingredients! 💪🏼❤️‍🔥

This time I chose to use celery leaves to the maximum with a delicious zero-waste pesto!

I just put the celery leaves in a bowl of boiling water and let them sit there for 5 minutes.

Then I put them with toasted almonds (for 1 cup of already cooked celery leaves is 1/2 of toasted almonds)

And I added the ingredient that I consider most important in pesto, 1 clove of garlic and 1/2 cup of the best olive oil, my premium blend from @olaveoliveoils 🌿🌿🌿 is that if you don't have good olive oil you don't have good pesto.

Process and fill a ready-made quiche or pascualina dough (the dough should already be on baking paper and on the baking tray)

On top, place the thin slices of 4 carrots cut with a potato peeler, previously coated with mustard (whatever you have), balsamic vinegar, olive oil @olaveoliveoils salt and pepper.

Add radishes for the finishing touch and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes only on the bottom of the oven and then 15 minutes only on the top until golden.

Serve warm 😍
