Celery, Carrot, and Radish Pesto Tart

The best part, in my opinion? The ingredients are a staple in almost every home or easy to find in any store, supermarket, or market.

You can't ask for more with such noble ingredients! 💪🏼❤️‍🔥

This time, I chose to make the most of celery leaves with a delicious zero-waste pesto!

I just put the celery leaves in a bowl with boiling water and left them there for 5 minutes.

Then I combined them with toasted almonds (for 1 cup of cooked celery leaves, use 1/2 cup of toasted almonds).

And I added what I consider the most important ingredient in pesto: 1 clove of garlic and 1/2 cup of the best olive oil, my premium blend from @olaveoliveoils 🌿🌿🌿 because if you don't have good olive oil, you don't have good pesto.

Process and fill a ready-made quiche or pascualina crust (the crust should already be on baking paper and on the oven tray).

Top with thin slices of 4 carrots cut with a potato peeler, previously coated with mustard (whatever you have), balsamic vinegar, olive oil @olaveoliveoils, salt, and pepper.

Add radishes for the final touch and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes with heat from the bottom only, then 15 minutes with heat from the top only until golden.

Serve warm 😍
