I'm fond of this dish, you know?
It was one of those beautiful moments in the kitchen when you had no plan, just ingredients that were too noble and delicious. One thing led to another: wonderful tomatoes that arrived as a gift, garlic flowers from my garden, spinach stems I'd been saving since last week, and the wonderful basil-spiced olive oil from @olaveoliveoils , with a flavor that was so aromatic yet subtle at the same time, allowing me to still taste the other flavors.
In this dish, those flavors that were born to be together and love each other until death.
It will always be a mystery to me why these flavors and blends are so perfect and not others...but when I try them, the question matters very little! Hahaha, it's incredible and that's it! 🍅🌿
